At SmartPeru we are committed to providing you with the best service, which is why we establish the following policies:
- The client and his Personal satisfaction is a priority, so we will always offer a solution to any inconvenience beyond our control, at all times we will maintain contact with the client to offer permanent solution alternatives.
- Once we have paid for a product, we will start immediately the dispatch process.
- Delivery times are immediate when we have the stock available in stock. Delivery time 2 or 3 business days.
- Delivery times when we depend on the import process will be those indicated in each publication. The average import time is usually between 15 to 20 days to date.
- In the case of delivery of products with import process, the client will be informed step by step about the status of their order. li>
- Our products have the Supplier's factory warranty.
- Once the product is received, the customer has up to 20 days to request a change in the event of a factory failure of the product. Remember that any damage and / or accidents caused by misuse or care are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Returns or exchanges are only taken for products with manufacturing faults.
