  2. Once we have paid for a product, we will start immediately the dispatch process.
  3. Delivery times are immediate when we have the stock available in stock. Delivery time 2 or 3 business days.
  4. Delivery times when we depend on the import process will be those indicated in each publication. The average import time is usually between 15 to 20 days to date.
  5. In the case of delivery of products with import process, the client will be informed step by step about the status of their order.
  6. Our products have the Supplier's factory warranty.
  7. Once the product is received, the customer has up to 20 days to request a change in the event of a factory failure of the product. Remember that any damage and / or accidents caused by misuse or care are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  8. Returns or exchanges are only taken for products with manufacturing faults.
